Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida Ends the 2018-2019 Season with Their Traditional Spring Ballet Gala Sat Apr 27 - Sun Apr 28, 2019
Artistic Director Vladimir Issaev and his troupe are wrapping up the 2018-2019 season by the Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida with a spectacular performance.
Following a very successful season with participations in different Galas and special performances, Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida ends its season with the Spring Ballet Gala, with a demanding repertoire that only high quality dancers can perform.
The repertoire includes original works such as “A Celebration to Klimt” with the wondrous music of Handel, a new and renovated version of “Taiko”, with accompanying Japanese drumming. Plus, the program will include the restaging of Stravinsky’s “Rite of Spring” all exceptional choreographic works by Vladimir Issaev.
Company dancers continue to make an outstanding impact in the dance community as all of them have shown their virtuosity and versatility dancing classical, neo-classical and contemporary works.
After the Gala, the company will take a short break to then get ready for the upcoming 19-20 season which will include its participation in the International Ballet Festival of Miami in early August, followed by the Daniel Lewis Miami Dance Sample in September and the International Young Dancers Festival in Lima, Peru.
