Acting CEO for the Mandeville Regional Hospital (MRH), Marcia Francis (3rd right) accepts a DCA Vantage Analyzer from Regional Director of BMR Jamaica Wind Ltd., Ava Tomlin (3rd left) at a handing over ceremony on Wednesday, June 11 at the MRH.
The DCA Vantage Analyzer enables clinicians to provide early detection of kidney disease, the most common complication in patients with diabetes. The machines valued at J $1 million was also donated to Black River Hospital in St. Elizabeth and will help clinicians to encourage patient compliance by delivering actionable test results during a patient visit. The DCA Vantage Analyzer will also boost productivity by providing speedy access to patient data.
