HAVANA, Cuba – Cuba and the central Asian nation of Kazakhstan agreed on the mutual interest in developing economic relations, especially in the energy and biotechnological fields.
This was disclosed on Saturday by Cuba’s foreign minister, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla.
In a statement on Twitter, the Cuban legislator said the details were discussed during a telephone conversation with his Kazakh counterpart, Mukhtar Tleuberdi, who also expressed thanks for Cuba’s incorporation as an observer state of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
