Earlier this year the U.S. Department of Education sent all colleges and universities across the nation a notice, reminding them that they need to comply with the newly updated cybersecurity regulations published by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

2024 in America is here and it is time for Black people to talk to each other, and trust each other. There is no one answers to the dilemma and problems facing Black people in America, but it is incumbent that we do something positive and take action.

Lying in America has become a pastime for politicians and lawyers, and Ex-President Trump has made it a career choice, and he makes millions of dollars. It has never been a lucrative way for an Ex-President to pay his Lawyer bills, but it is working for Trump. It is unprecedented in the history of America, and Trump is getting ready to run for president for the third time.

Last week, after a restful Thanksgiving, my family made a deliberate choice to #OptOutside on Friday. #OptOutside is a growing movement in which participating organizations and companies close their doors on Black Friday, give their employees a paid day off, and encourage all of us to embrace the serenity of nature instead of succumbing to the frenzy of Black Friday shopping. I’m an outdoors enthusiast, from a long line of outdoors enthusiasts.

In state legislatures across the country the “right to repair” movement is gaining momentum. Thirty-three states and Puerto Rico considered right to repair legislation during the 2023 legislative session. And while this might be a good idea for some products, policymakers should oppose any attempts to weaken regulated safety requirements for repairing life-saving and life-enhancing medical devices. Patient safety is too great a risk.

Decision is the name of the game, and America has reached the point of confusion. It is easy for politicians to think they are right, and in 2023, it does not matter what the people think.Many Americans think that both Biden and Trump are too old to manage another term in office as president.

A kiss can be a beautiful thing, and what adds even more to the joy, is that there are so many different forms of kissing. There is the kiss on the cheek that shows basic affection but not in the romantic way. It’s innocent, light, casual, and even done between men in some cultures.
